Medical Skin Care

Acne

We manage inflammatory acne using clinical interventions like acne injections and medical-grade peels to resolve active breakouts and minimize scar risk. For chronic cases, we treat acne as a systemic condition evaluating hormonal health, gut function, and stress markers to heal the skin barrier from the inside out.

Skin Rash

Rashes can signal anything from contact irritation to an underlying autoimmune or hormonal condition. Your Tia clinician will evaluate the rash, identify the trigger, and prescribe targeted treatment whether that's a topical medication, lifestyle adjustment, or further workup.

Eczema, Rosacea and Psoriasis

Flares of eczema, rosacea, and psoriasis are often tied to stress, hormonal shifts, diet, and environmental triggers. We help you build a long-term management plan that includes prescription treatments when needed, plus guidance on the daily habits and products that keep your skin calm between flares.

Moles, Warts, Lesions, and Skin Growths

We evaluate any new, changing, or suspicious spots and remove them in-office when appropriate. The procedure may include a biopsy (removing a small sample for lab testing) or cryotherapy (freezing abnormal tissue with liquid nitrogen).

We use Botox or Xeomin, a purified neuromodulator, to soften expression lines on the forehead, between the brows, and around the eyes. Our clinicians favor a natural-looking approach that preserves movement while smoothing the areas that bother you most.

Acne Scars

Post-acne texture and discoloration respond well to layered treatments, typically a combination of microneedling, chemical peels, and prescription topicals. We'll build a plan based on your scar type (rolling, boxcar, or pigmented) and how your skin tolerates treatment.

Topical Skin Care (Retinol)
