Our entrance is next to the Sundance store on the Main St side. Enter through the double glass doors with the sign that says “15051 OFFICE” and head to the 2nd floor.

Where to park

Give yourself time to find parking! There is free street parking throughout Kierland Commons and a free parking lot behind Chico's.

When to arrive to the clinic before your appointment

For virtual appointments, we recommend arriving 5 minutes ahead of your appointment to ensure your technology is all set. If you arrive >15 minutes after your appointment time, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. Please reach out to your Care Coordinator if you’re running late!
