  • Your Symptoms: When do you feel most anxious? What does it feel like in your body (e.g., racing heart, digestive issues, muscle tension) and your mind (e.g., racing thoughts)?
  • Your Patterns: Have you noticed any triggers? Is your anxiety linked to your menstrual cycle, sleep patterns, or stress levels?
  • Your Goals: What does feeling better look like for you?

During Your Assessment

Your provider will begin with a compassionate conversation, using guided questions or screening tools to understand the specifics of your anxiety.
