This appointment is for anyone who has been actively trying to get pregnant and wants to create a plan with expert guidance. You may want to consider a TTC appointment if you are:

  • Under 35 and have been having unprotected intercourse for 12 months without becoming pregnant.
  • 35 or older and have been having unprotected intercourse for 6 months without becoming pregnant.
  • Curious about how fertility age may affect your journey and how to optimize your chances of conception with lifestyle and evidence-based recommendations.
  • Experiencing irregular periods or have an underlying medical diagnosis like PCOS that may be affecting your ability to get pregnant.

  • Clinical Support: This includes a review of your current medications and supplements, as well as a plan for treating underlying medical factors like PCOS, thyroid dysfunction, and endometriosis. If an underlying condition is suspected, we’ll refer for a visit with one of our in-house experts in this care.
  • Advanced Testing & Referrals: Your provider may recommend lab tests or ultrasounds to better understand your reproductive health, orders for a partner's semen analysis, or genetic carrier screening. If needed, we can provide a referral to a reproductive endocrinologist (fertility specialist) to ensure you have the most effective path forward.
