Centrally located on South Lake Avenue, Tia Pasadena is a modern medical home for women, offering integrated primary care, gynecology, mental health and wellness care in a welcoming, thoughtfully designed space.

Where to park

Please give yourself extra time to find parking and avoid a late arrival. We are located on the roof level of the building, above Erewhon and next to TJ Maxx. Parking is available on the roof level of the parking structure, accessible off of Hudson Street or Lake Ave.

When to arrive at the clinic

Please arrive at the clinic early! We have a strict 10 minute late arrival policy. If you arrive more than 10 minutes into your visit, your appointment will be rescheduled and you may be charged a fee. Don’t forget to check in online before you arrive at the clinic. Unfortunately you won't be able to see your provider if you aren't checked in.
