What is Clinical Wrinkle Care at Tia?
It’s the treatment of wrinkles or signs of aging skin through injectables like Botox and Xeomin by Tia’s specialized Aesthetic Nurse Practitioners. With a holistic approach, they consider your overall health to deliver natural-looking, personalized results.
How do wrinkle relaxers like Botox or Xeomin work?
Botox and Xeomin are treatments designed to reduce the appearance of wrinkles by targeting the muscles that cause them. Over time, repeated facial expressions—like frowning, squinting, or raising your eyebrows—can lead to lines and wrinkles. These products work by temporarily relaxing the muscles responsible for those expressions.
By blocking the nerve signals that tell your muscles to contract, wrinkle relaxers help smooth out existing wrinkles and prevent new ones from forming. The effect is temporary, usually lasting 3-4 months, and with regular treatments, you can maintain a look that feels right for you.
Which providers deliver this care?
Tia uses Nurse Practitioners with injection experience who have passed Tia’s competency standards to deliver excellent care. They will take your whole health into account when considering your goals and preferences.
How much does it cost?
We offer clear, competitive pricing to make Clinical Wrinkle Care at Tia simple and straightforward. Unlike the typical unit-based pricing, our approach allows you and your provider to focus on the right treatment for you based on the results you're looking to achieve—not the incremental costs or number of units you're purchasing.

Which appointment should I book?
If you’re new to injectables, we recommend starting with the Express treatment so you and your provider can ease into a Care Plan that meets your goals. If you’ve had injectables before or are looking to have multiple areas treated, we recommend booking the Comprehensive treatment. Everyone’s anatomy is different and your injection plan will be customized to you. For a general sense of how many units you might need per treatment area, reference the graphic below.
I’m not exactly sure what I need. How will my Care Plan be formulated?
How you address your skin care goals is a deeply personal choice. Your Tia provider is here to thoroughly understand your objectives and preferences, and take your whole health into account when considering results. At the start of every visit, you and your provider will align on your goals and on an injection plan, with you always in the driver’s seat.
