Yes. You can upgrade to Tia Signature at any time. If you start with Essential and find yourself wanting more support with scheduling, referrals, or insurance navigation, switching is straightforward and can be done in your member portal.
The clinical care you receive at Tia - appointments, labs, and services - is billed to your insurance just like it would be at a traditional doctor’s office.
The Tia Signature membership fee supports additional benefits designed to make healthcare easier to navigate, like priority access to appointments, streamlined prescription refills, walk-in lab work at your convenience, and dedicated support from our Care Coordinators when navigating specialist referrals, insurance or billing questions.
