Your Tia membership includes access to a Care Coordinator, virtual and in-person appointments, community programming, and more. Membership does not include the cost of appointments, but as a member you can use your insurance for gynecology, primary care, and, depending on your insurance, acupuncture too!
You have access to all of Tia’s appointment types, delivered by expert women's health providers. We will bill medical services to your insurance (if you are in-network), and you will be responsible for co-pay, coinsurance, or deductibles
Yes, through our annual Whole Health Exam!
We fuse your gynecology and primary care check-ups (& more!) into a singular, cohesive experience that’s personalized, actionable, and convenient. We intentionally separate your virtual health assessment from your in-person exams and services (delivered at the clinic) so that you get more 1:1 time with your provider, plus additional opportunities for check-ins throughout the year to evaluate and tweak your Care Plan.
As long as you have not had an annual exam or gynecological exam in the past year (we do it all in your Whole Health Exam!) your in-clinic part 2 should be 100% covered by in-network insurance. We accept in-network insurance for part 1 and 3 but you may be responsible for a copay or coinsurance depending on your plan. We always recommend checking with your health plan before booking.

Yes! Tia accepts most major PPOs for primary care and gynecological services (co-pays and deductible costs still apply). Coverage varies by clinic location and your insurance coverage for acupuncture and mental health services. Depending on your membership plan, we will give you a step-by-step guide on how to assess your network status for those services, or your care team will check for you.
While we don't accept FSA/HSA cards for membership fees, you can use them for appointments and services by sending itemized receipts for reimbursement to your FSA/HSA provider.
