Samantha Smith, FNP-C

Samantha has been working as a family nurse practitioner for over 9 years, mostly in primary care community clinics in the Los Angeles area. She values the tenets of holistic primary care and fosters open communication with patients. This allows her to build trusting patient / provider relationships so they can work together to achieve their health goals. In addition to general primary care, Samantha has worked with special populations including women’s health, transgender care, and those living with HCV and HIV. Samantha collaborates closely with other members of the care team in order to improve her patient’s well-being and health outcomes.
