Important billing reminders:

If you have in-network insurance with Tia, we will submit your claim to your health insurance company first. We recommend contacting your health plan to check if a service is covered and any patient responsibility like copays, deductibles or coinsurance. If there is a remaining balance after your insurance company has paid their portion, we will bill you for your patient responsibility.

Tia does not process labs or specimens directly, regardless of your in-network status. A third party (Quest, for example) will bill you directly for these services. Learn more about Lab Billing at Tia.

***As long as you have not had an annual exam or gynecological exam in the past year (we do it all in your Whole Health Exam!) your in-clinic part 2 should be 100% covered by in-network insurance. We accept in-network insurance for part 1 and 3 but you may be responsible for a copay or coinsurance depending on your plan.

**Acupuncture for IUD insertion or removal is a more specialized intervention with a longer appointment time and increased 1:1 time with an acupuncture provider.
