Mariah Frazier-Espejo, PA

Mariah is an experienced Physician Associate who is passionate about all aspects of gynecologic care. Her approach is rooted in holistic, inclusive, and trauma-informed care, with a focus on meeting patients where they are. Above all, she wants every patient to feel heard, safe, and supported throughout their healthcare journey. She has a diverse clinical background, with experience in mental health, primary care, urgent care, and dermatology. Before becoming a provider, she was a competitive athlete and personal trainer and she strives to bring the knowledge and perspective from each of these experiences into her practice.
