Eric Dargelies

As VP, Engineering, Eric leads the development of the technology platform that powers Tia’s integrated care model. With a background at General Electric developing both life-saving medical equipment and pioneering Digital Twin IoT platforms, he brings deep expertise in building complex, mission-critical systems. He was drawn to Tia for the opportunity to apply his talents to directly address the disparities in healthcare outcomes for women and drive meaningful change.

His leadership is grounded in a collaborative and team-oriented approach. He believes the most resilient solutions are built when diverse perspectives are encouraged and every team member is empowered to contribute to the decision-making process. By fostering an environment of open dialogue and shared ownership, he guides his team to build the technology that will define the future of women’s health.
