Longevity care,
designed for you

Tia’s Longevity Program is one of the only longevity offerings designed specifically for women. It's built around your unique biology—like hormones, metabolic health, and inflammation—to detect early signs of disease and support a longer, healthier life. Our approach goes beyond lab data, combining findings from your blood work with 1:1 conversations with your provider to create a personalized care plan.

Our first focus? The biggest driver of healthy aging in women: heart health.

Why start with the heart?

Your heart is the foundation for lifelong health

Heart health impacts everything, from energy and brain function to metabolism and aging, yet most longevity programs ignore it. Tia’s longevity assessment puts cardiovascular health at the center. It’s clinically designed by women’s health experts to reflect your unique biology and includes a curated set of science-backed labs that focus specifically on cardiovascular risk, inflammation, and metabolic function—all feeding into an actionable care plan.

How we do Longevity Care differently at Tia

More than data, it’s a dialogue

Most longevity assessments just focus on numbers. Tia helps you make sense of the numbers—and makes them actionable. Your results are reviewed with a provider who helps you understand what they really mean and what to do next. And because our Longevity Program is fully integrated into Tia’s care model, you’ll have a care team ready to act.

What We Measure - and Why

Labs

Our women’s health experts have curated a set of science-backed labs that focus specifically on cardiovascular risk, inflammation, and metabolic function. During your Women’s Longevity Assessment, you’ll work with a provider to understand which labs are right for you.

Description
CardioIQ Metabolic Risk Panel (lipid panel + apolipoB + A1c + insulin resistance)
A blood test that measures low levels of inflammation in the body. Higher levels can signal a greater risk for heart disease, even if cholesterol is normal.
CardioIQ HS-CRP (High-Sensitivity C-Reactive Protein)
A blood test that measures low levels of inflammation in the body. Higher levels can signal a greater risk for heart disease, even if cholesterol is normal.
CardioIQ Lipoprotein(a)
A blood test that measures a specific type of cholesterol particle linked to inherited heart disease risk.
CardioIQ Lipoprotein Fractionation, Ion Mobility
A detailed test that breaks down cholesterol into particle sizes and types to better understand the risk of heart disease.
CardioIQ Lp-PLA2 Activity
A blood test that measures an enzyme linked to inflammation in the arteries. High levels may signal a higher risk of heart attack or stroke.
CBC (Complete Blood Count)
Measures red and white blood cells and platelets to check for anemia, infections, immune system or metabolic issues.
CMP (Comprehensive Metabolic Panel)
Checks liver and kidney function, blood sugar, and electrolyte balance.
Fibrinogen
A blood protein involved in clotting; high levels may indicate inflammation and a higher risk of heart disease.
Homocysteine
Measures the level of an amino acid that, if too high, may increase the risk of heart disease or stroke.
Uric acid
Measures uric acid levels, which are associated with gout, insulin resistance, and increased heart risk.
Urine microalbumin
Detects small amounts of protein in urine, an early sign of kidney damage linked to heart and metabolic disease.

What to expect

How you’ll go from labs to lasting health

1. Women’s Longevity Assessment Visit

In-Clinic

This is your first visit in your personalized longevity care journey.

You’ll meet with a provider to discuss your goals, risk factors, and questions. We’ll collect vitals and discuss which labs are right for you.

2. Lab Work

In-Clinic

During your Women’s Longevity Assessment Visit, it is likely that your provider will order blood work.

If you've fasted, you can complete your blood work during this same appointment.

If you haven’t fasted, your provider will place the orders, and you’ll have the option to:

• Return to a Tia clinic for your blood draw on another day after fasting

• Or visit a nearby Quest Diagnostics lab at your convenience

3. Women’s Longevity Follow-Up Visit

Virtual or In-Clinic

In this visit, you’ll meet with a provider to review your lab results and what they mean for you. Together, you’ll develop a personalized care plan to support your health and longevity goals.

We’ll also discuss next steps like lifestyle changes, any repeat testing you may need, or any specialist referrals.

4. Longitudinal Care

Virtual or In-Clinic

Your longevity journey doesn’t end with lab results—it’s just the beginning.

Tia’s longevity program is fully integrated into our broader care model, so your care continues with the same trusted team.

You can expect frequent follow-ups and ongoing partnership— whether that’s a heart health check-in, menopause or weight management support, or services like acupuncture and nutrition.
