From our custom EHR (TLC) to the Member Portal, our platforms support a growing health community and tackle complex challenges in a highly regulated, fast-evolving space. We work primarily with Node.js, TypeScript, Kafka, and React, leveraging AWS (ECS, Fargate), Docker, and PostgreSQL to build scalable, resilient systems.

With a collaborative and pragmatic approach, we innovate across Full-Stack, Data, and Platform Engineering—enabling autonomous teams to take ownership and drive impact. If you're passionate about solving hard problems and using technology to improve healthcare, join us.

Our Care Team includes:

  • Primary Care Physicians & NPs – Experts in preventive care, chronic conditions, menopause, mental health, and more.
  • Gynecologists, CNMs & WHNPs – Specialists in complex gynecologic care, reproductive health, and menopause.
  • Psychiatrists & Psychiatric NPs – Providers offering advanced mental health support beyond primary care.
  • Acupuncturists – Licensed clinicians integrating holistic care for pain, stress, fertility, and menstrual health.
  • Registered Nurses – Virtual care partners offering between-visit support and care coordination.

Whether we’re opening a new clinic, supporting product and service line launches, or leading day-to-day clinical operations, we’re focused on scaling impact without compromising care. Our work is fast-paced, detail-oriented, and deeply collaborative — bridging cross-functional teams to bring Tia’s vision to life. We love diving into complexity, designing solutions from scratch, and iterating fast to improve efficiency, quality, and access. Our Operations Team includes 3 pillars: Market Operations, Strategic Operations, and Construction & Design.
