Getting started

A three-step process for getting started at Tia

Whether you choose Tia Essential or want to join as a Tia member, getting started is easy:

1. Check your insurance coverage

We’ll validate your insurance details when you sign up for Tia Essential or Tia and will confirm your in-network status before going forward.

2. Schedule your first appointment

Most patients begin with our new patient establishment of care visit to set the foundation for their health journey. During this time, we'll explore your current health concerns, goals, preferences, and health history.

3. Get started on your care journey

For those in need of an annual preventative exam, your provider may recommend this as a first step. If you have different needs, we'll collaborate with you to develop a care plan that works for you and your goals.
