Dr. Richard P. Morel, MD, MMM, is an accomplished board-certified internist and seasoned healthcare leader serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of Stamford Health Medical Group. With more than two decades of experience in adult primary care, Dr. Morel combines deep clinical expertise with strategic leadership to advance high-quality, patient-centered care across the Stamford Health network.

He earned his medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons and completed his residency in internal medicine at the NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center, grounding his practice in evidence-based medicine and comprehensive adult care. Dr. Morel is board-certified in internal medicine, underscoring his commitment to excellence in clinical practice.
