Nicollette serves as Tia’s Senior Regional Medical Director, overseeing the national Virtual Care Market and Psychiatry teams. She is an experienced, board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in leadership, critical care medicine, and urogynecology. As both a provider and leader at Tia, she is committed to ensuring every patient feels seen, heard, and empowered throughout their healthcare journey. She takes a collaborative, patient-centered approach, creating a comfortable and supportive space where patients can openly discuss their health concerns, ask questions, and make informed decisions about their care.
