Monica Stamp

Monica has devoted her career to healthcare, working across academic medical centers, community hospitals, digital health, and women’s health. A certified genetic counselor by training, she brings both clinical and operational expertise to her role at Tia.

As VP of Clinical Effectiveness, Monica's team focuses on clinical quality, provider enablement, and efficiency. She believes that when clinicians are supported to do their best work, patients receive not only the highest-quality care but also the most meaningful and human experiences.

Monica lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her partner and children, and when she’s not working, she loves spending as much time outdoors as possible.
