Marijka Grey, MD, MBA, FACP

Dr. Marijka Grey is an avid pursuer of the quadruple aim in healthcare: better care, better outcomes, lower cost and a purposeful, joyful workplace.  As one of the small percentage of female, African American physicians in the US (2%), she has always approached her current work for CommonSpirit Health, leading their ambulatory transformation and innovation efforts, as well as her personal practice as an internist, with a health equity and a women’s health lens.  Favoring a systems approach to care redesign, she is determined to change the system to get the clinical results that all women deserve to lead happy, healthy and fulfilling lives.  An early leader in care transformation - Dr. Grey is a strong proponent of the holistic healthcare model that Tia observes, leveraging the medical home to be the basis for all of a woman’s healthcare needs.
