Kiki Louis

Dr. Kiki Louis joins Tia from Oscar Health, where she serves as President of Oscar Medical Group and Senior Vice President of Clinical Member Services, overseeing all care delivery operations, both clinical and operational, for Oscar’s national virtual care practice, inclusive of Virtual Primary Care, Virtual Urgent Care, Virtual Health Assessments, and enterprise Case management programs.

Dr. Louis leads clinical strategy and operational execution across the organization, ensuring high-quality, affordable and accessible care for Oscar’s members. Under her leadership, Oscar’s virtual care practice achieved the first-of-its-kind NCQA accreditation for virtual care.

Prior to her role at Oscar, she served as Vice President of Medical Operations at Concentra, leading clinical operations across seven states. Dr. Louis, a board certified physician, earned her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley, her medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, and completed her residency at The Johns Hopkins Hospital Department of Emergency Medicine.

She brings a proven track record of improving quality, strengthening operational performance, and building scalable systems that enable clinicians to do their best work. We are thrilled to welcome her as Tia’s Chief Medical Officer.
