Julia is a seasoned operator and strategist currently leading Tia's finance and business operations and insights functions. She thrives on making the business hum and building exceptional cross-functional and analytical teams that bring Tia's long-term vision to light.

Julia has spent her career working across the healthcare ecosystem, initially as a consultant for hospitals, payers, and pharma and then in corporate strategy and development. Both Julia's professional and personal experiences have shown her that there must be a more integrated model for women's healthcare and inspired a deep commitment to transforming the system.
