Felicity Yost

As Co-Founder and CEO of Tia, Felicity Yost leads the company’s mission to help women live with vitality through better, whole-body healthcare. She sets the strategic direction for Tia’s growth, culture, and clinical innovation—guiding a fast-scaling team that’s redefining what comprehensive women’s healthcare looks like.

Felicity brings a rare combination of analytical rigor and human empathy to her leadership. A data enthusiast with a deep passion for health and wellness, she believes healthcare should be both evidence-based and deeply personal. Under her leadership, Tia has expanded into a full-spectrum model that integrates primary care, gynecology, mental health, fertility, perimenopause and menopause support, skin care, and longevity services—delivered through seamless in-clinic and virtual experiences.

Before founding Tia, Felicity held roles at Bridgewater Associates and Owler, where she developed her expertise in data-driven decision-making and high-velocity team execution. She is a graduate of Cornell University and serves on the board of Columbia University's School of Public Health.
