Elana is dedicated to supporting women + non binary folx integrate self care & body literacy into their everyday lives. She draws from the teachings of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Chinese + Western herbalism, nutrition, movement, and seasonal wellness to optimize the balance of mental, emotional & physical well-being.
