VP, Brand & Design, She/herAllie Ball is Tia’s VP of Brand, where she brings warmth, storytelling, and empathy to healthcare — a space that all too often feels cold and clinical, especially for women. She is responsible for shaping how women experience Tia across all dimensions—brand, digital products, and in-clinic environments—making sure that care for women doesn’t just function but feels deeply human and connected.
Grounded in her studies of the relationship between humans, technology, and physical environments, Allie has developed a design approach that unites digital and physical care into one seamless brand system. This perspective allows her to transform complex, fragmented healthcare interactions into experiences that are clear, intuitive, and emotionally resonant. From the design of Tia’s custom-built EMR to the look and feel of its clinics to the stories we share in press & social, she ensures that every touchpoint reinforces a sense of warmth, compassion, and clinical excellence.
Before joining Tia, Allie honed her craft at Google, Genius, Rockwell Group, and Code & Theory, building a multidisciplinary foundation in product design, brand systems, and physical environments. At Tia, her mission is simple but ambitious: to design healthcare that women not only trust, but that truly feels good—an experience where women are seen, heard, and cared for as whole people.
