Do you take insurance for acupuncture?
This is completely depending on the market you’re in and your insurance plan. We are in network with a select number of insurance billers in our LA + SF and are cash only in our NY and AZ markets. Tia does not accept Anthem, Blue Shield, or insurance plans that use American Specialty Health (ASH) for acupuncture benefits. Does membership include the cost of appointments?
Your Tia membership includes access to a Care Coordinator, virtual and in-person appointments, community programming, and more. Membership does not include the cost of appointments, but as a member you can use your insurance for gynecology, primary care, and, depending on your insurance, acupuncture too!
How much will my appointment cost?
If you are using insurance for services, the cost or “patient responsibility” will vary depending on your plan and specified service. Our Tia Care Coordinators can help you assess you patient responsibility by running an eligibility check ahead of your appointment. You can view our full cash price list here.
