Unfortunately, Tia is not in-network for mental health for insurance plans that utilize Optum or Evernorth for mental health services

To confirm if your insurance is in-network with Tia, please call the phone number on the back of your insurance card and ask the following questions:

• What are my mental health benefits?
• Does my insurance plan use Optum or Evernorth for mental health benefits?
  • If yes, you are out-of-network for mental health at Tia
• Is Tia in-network with my plan for mental health services at [Tia address]? (You can view the addresses of Tia clinics here)
• Are there any limitations or exclusions on my plan regarding mental health?
  • Do I have a limit on the number of visits per year?
  • Do I need a referral or preauthorization for mental health visits?
  • What is the cost for a mental health assessment? What is the cost for a mental health appointment?
  • Are virtual therapy or telepsychiatry sessions covered?
