Tia Soho is a one-stop-shop for women's healthcare. This clinic offers integrated primary care, gynecology, mental health, and wellness care.

Where to find us
We're located in a historic building on Broome Street. You can find the building entrance near the O K Hardware store. To enter, buzz #2 on the keypad to the left of the outside door and take the elevator to the 2nd floor. Please note, the elevator will not permit access to the 2nd floor without Tia buzzing you in. If you have any issues, please call the clinic at 646-650-5337.
Where to park/Transportation
Within a 10 min walk of N, Q, R, W and 6 trains. Street parking available.
When to arrive to the clinic before your appointment
15-20 min prior in case you get lost or have trouble with parking. We have a strict 10-Minute Late Arrival Policy to ensure that you have the best experience with your provider. If you arrive more than 10 minutes into your visit, your appointment will be rescheduled and you may be charged a fee. Please kindly understand there are no exceptions to this policy.
