Expert Primary Care Built for Your Most Important Transitions.

For too long, women have been pressured into fertility decisions or felt confused about where to turn for primary care issues during their pregnancy. That stops here, with a new standard of care, one where you are heard, you are trusted, and you are treated as a whole person.

Treating you as a person, not a milestone.

You’re just curious about your fertility and want to explore options, but keep feeling like you’re being “sold” into a specific solution. Maybe you’re actively trying to conceive and struggling to sort fact from fiction on your conception journey. Or maybe you’re pregnant and have found a wonderful obstetrician (OB) but don’t know where to turn for your primary care needs during pregnancy.

Standard healthcare often bounces you between specialists to care for these life-stage years. And while specialist care is often important, you need a quarterback who connects the dots between your hormones, your health, your history, and your specialized care. That’s what Tia is built for.

Common physical and mental shifts we support:

  • Uncertainty about fertility: Wanting to understand your body today even if pregnancy is years away.
  • Conception stress: Managing the emotional and physical toll of trying to conceive.
  • Pregnancy symptoms: Seeking relief from nausea, fatigue, or your experience with anxiety while pregnant.
  • Hormonal confusion: Navigating irregular cycles or pelvic pain while trying to plan your future

The Tia Difference

Care That Evolves, Because You Do Too.

Navigating your possible path to parenthood is a journey, not a single appointment, and we’re there for each step of the way. At Tia, we center you—not just your fertility markers. Our care is rooted in evidence, tailored to your life stage, and always focused on how you feel in your body. While every woman has a unique care plan, here is what a year could look like for you.

Month 1: Assessment & Diagnosis (The Deep Dive)

  • Engage in the Whole Health Journey, a 3-part medical deep dive into your personal and family history, blood work, and health goals to create your custom plan. This could also include fertility testing to gain insights into your hormonal balance (AMH, FSH, and estradiol).

Months 2-4: The Customized Treatment Plan (Stabilization)

  • We deploy a personalized plan to prepare your body. This may include:
    • Nutritional & Exercise Guidance: Tailored plans to support hormonal health.
    • Medication & Supplement Review: Transitioning medications to those approved for pregnancy and identifying targeted supplements.
    • Mood Support: Proactive guidance on managing your experience with stress or mood changes during this transition.
    • Partner Support: Extending care to your partner with fertility testing and genetic counseling.

Months 6-12: Advanced Support & Early Pregnancy

  • Conception Assistance: If needed, we provide ovulation induction, supplement guidance, and evidence-based acupuncture for fertility.
  • Early Pregnancy Monitoring: Consistent primary care support through your first 12 weeks, including symptom management and wellness guidance.
  • Seamless Transitions: Coordination with top OBs or midwives in your area for your prenatal visits and delivery, while remaining your primary care home.
  • If along the way, you need specialist care, we’ll provide you with referrals and ensure you return to Tia once your specialist visit is complete, integrating findings into your comprehensive care plan.
