To prevent exposure for our patients and staff, all Covid-related concerns are addressed virtually (in other words, not at the Tia Clinic)
All patients coming into the clinic answer a pre-visit health screening via text to assess any symptoms before arrival
All appointment check-ins are 100% virtual
Clinic safety rules include:
Strict social distancing including in the waiting room
One person at a time in the elevator
Masks must be worn at all times
Extra safety protocols:
Upon arrival, every patient receives a temperature check and is asked to wash their hands
We are disinfecting all our counter surfaces and medical equipment after each patient, throughout the day, and every evening with EPA-approved products
All Tia staff members are required to wear personal protective gear, are screened daily & tested regularly for COVID-19
