Besides the obvious of being made up of all women, here are a few things we heard from our community of co-creators:

“As a woman of color, I want to see people who look like me when I go to the doctor — especially at the gynecologist.”

When we set out to hire our own Care Team for the first NYC Tia Clinic, we took these pain points to heart, and built a modern medical home with:
