Tia Essential offers a new way to receive Tia’s high-quality, compassionate care without a membership fee. Whether you need a partner for your whole-body health, lightweight support for a well-managed chronic condition, or just reliable care for occasional visits, we've got you covered. This isn't bare-minimum care—it's our signature quality on a "here when you need us" basis, helping you maintain a better baseline of health over time.

Tia Essential will be available to women in SF, LA, NYC, and Phoenix, with a nationwide virtual option rolling out later this year. For Tia Essential patients who live in one of our current city locations, you can get in-person care at one of our beautiful clinics or connect with your providers virtually—whatever works best for you. And starting later this year, more women will be able to access Tia Essential through our virtual-only care platform. We'll link you with trusted local providers for any in-person needs while keeping you connected to your dedicated Tia care team, ensuring your healthcare remains seamless and coordinated no matter where you are.

You’ll also have a health navigator: your personal guide through the often messy world of healthcare. While we can’t make the system disappear, your navigator is here to make it a whole lot easier—handling the behind-the-scenes work like coordinating referrals, navigating insurance, sorting out prescriptions, tracking down answers, and making sure you never feel lost in the shuffle.

This is our new standard—offering more choice, convenience, and connection with a care team that’s completely focused on you and your health.
